Return or Replacement Policy

Return Policy Regarding Products with Catalogvilla

Your complete shopping satisfaction with us is our numero priority. We want you happy each and every time you purchase or shopping with us. Catalogvilla assured you the best of quality when it comes to our products or catalogues. However if due to some unexpected situation you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase then the below term are apply for a mutual consented resolution of the condition. Following are the step you need to follow:

  • We Catalogvilla do not accept returns of any goods or product once you purchased with us. We provide best quality indeed, however if there are any damaged product or different product from us, we’ll replace damaged products or catalogs.

  • You have to inform us about the damaged products or catalogs on the date of the product packages arrived to you.

  • In this case, if you received damaged or different product from us. You have to immediately contact our representative and inform about that. They will instructing you about next step.

Following are the applicable law

  • Replacement will be only applicable if you received the damaged catalogs or different product than your order item.

  • We are not accept any returns or replacement for custom stitch clothing.

  • You need to notify first before returning any catalogs or products for replacement. You have to follow above step first before sent any package to us.

  • Returns product for replacement made without prior notice should not be qualified or accepting by us.

  • Dupatta, Leggings,  Undergarments materials are not eligible for replacement or exchange.

  • Product must not be cut or changed or used, otherwise that won’t be applicable for exchange or replacement.

  • For international shipment, custom or import duty, if charged, it has to be paid by buyer.

  • VAT/custom taxes and import duties are not in our control. That are vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid by the purchaser.

  • VAT/custom taxes or import duties are not including in our process, but may be charged to you by your government.

  • Your order will be confirmed after we receive payment acknowledgement and product availability status is checked after receiving your payment.

  • There are changes that even after you pay the product may not be available, we provide easy refunds or adjustment if the case occurs.

  • The returned products should be in the same condition as how it was first couriered to the buyer or else the product should not be eligible for the returns or replace.

  • Catalogs and hardcopy may or may not be provided with the product. Catalogvilla gives no assurance for that.

  • Amount will be refunded in to your bank account in case, if you are eligible for that.

  • If you order via transport option, we do not hold any liability of the good, it is your own liability.

  • Some manufacturer offers returns/replacement of the product if it doesn’t match with the expectations. This kind of returns are only accepted if provided by manufacturer and listed with the product exhibits.

  • Terms of use shall be governed by, constructed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the India, The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Surat, Gujarat, India.


Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any of your order for any reason. Some situation that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information on our website. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. In this case, if your order are cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the paid amount will be reversed back into your account. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.
